These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases made through Pupora. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

Pupora creates personalized silicone pet collars.

Every collar is individually personalized according to the information provided during checkout. Product images represent the final product as accurately as possible; slight color variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing tolerances.

Once your order has been placed and payment received, production begins. Because every collar is made specifically for your pet, please carefully review your pet name, collar color, letter color, charm and size before completing your order.

Pupora cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

All prices are shown in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout where required by law.

Payment must be completed before production begins. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

Each Pupora collar is handmade to order. Typical production time is 2–4 business days.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and are provided for guidance only.

Pupora is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, extreme weather, or other force majeure events.

Because every Pupora collar is custom-made, personalized products generally cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned after production has begun.

If the wrong item was received, the product arrives damaged, or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

If your product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, Pupora may repair, replace or refund the affected product. Photographs may be requested to help assess the issue.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalization details — including pet name, size and charm — are accurate before completing their order.

Pupora is not responsible for:

• Incorrect personalization submitted by the customer
• Incorrect sizing selected during checkout
• Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents or improper care

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only collect and process information necessary to fulfil your order, provide customer support and comply with legal obligations.

All website content — including logos, branding, product photography, graphics, designs and text — belongs to Pupora and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the country in which Pupora is legally established. Mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
